How long will my stationery take?
Once an order has been placed it is completed within 4-5 weeks.
When placing an order it is crucial to allow plenty of time before the special event. You should work on the time frame of sending your invitations out to guests approximately 6 weeks before the event.
Payment?
Once you have confirmed and placed your order a 50% deposit is required before work is started. The final balance is due before delivery of your order.
Flexibility?
Nancy Louise offers a personalised service, liaising one on one with you to create your unique stationery package.
We are extremely flexible to your needs and are happy to make any reasonable changes required throughout the process. You will be kept up to date on the progress of your order throughout production so that you are assured of our professional service.
